Organized by Water.org in collaboration with the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), the event featured a distinguished panel addressing the complexities of SME financing.

The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) and Top Bank Philippines Inc. strengthen its partnership through a ceremonial contract signing agreement on August 9, 2024, to provide financial guarantee support to housing sector.

PHILGUARANTEE has made significant progress in enhancing its support for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as of mid-2024. PHILGUARANTEE’s credit guarantee programs are designed to enhance credit availability from the banking sector while simultaneously providing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with essential working capital to stimulate their growth.

Officers from PHILGUARANTEE and the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) met in Makati City last July 17 to further strengthen the ongoing partnership of both institutions, further enhancing opportunities between PHILGUARANTEE and BPI, the latter being one of the leading Partner Lending Institutions (PLI) under the HGG for over three decades.
