The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) and finance company iGlobal Financial Services Inc. on July 11, 2024, at the PHILGUARANTEE Headquarters in Makati City, signed an agreement to promote financial inclusion among small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) through improved access to financial services.
