PHILGUARANTEE’s participation to the Nationwide Frontline Service Inspection for EODB Month
State-owned Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) actively participated in the Nationwide Frontline Service Inspection scheduled on 13-15 May 2025. It is a government-wide initiative aimed at assessing the quality and efficiency of frontline services across agencies. The inspection served as a key component of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month observance, highlighting efforts to enhance public service delivery.

The PHILGUARANTEE Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART), joined by private sector representatives from Premier Value Provider Inc. (PVPI), conducted a comprehensive inspection of PHILGUARANTEE’s frontline services. Together, they reviewed key indicators of service quality and operational performance, including compliance, service transparency, timeliness, professionalism, responsiveness, accessibility, and client satisfaction. Their feedback reflected a positive overall experience, citing the speed and clarity of transactions, the professionalism of staff, and the ease of navigating the process as notable strengths. PHILGUARANTEE demonstrates its unwavering commitment to continuous service improvement in line with national directives.
