CITIZEN’S CHARTER
The PHILGUARANTEE Citizen’s Charter provides information on the Corporation’s services, step-by-step procedures, processing time, and fees for requesting services or other transactions.
The PHILGUARANTEE Citizen’s Charter reflects the Corporation’s enhanced standards for all its services to stakeholders consistent with the objectives of Republic Act No. 11032, “An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services, Amending for the Purpose Republic Act No. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, and for other Services.” It aims to reduce processing time of all public transactions and ensure accessible and convenient delivery of services to the public. Detailed in this document are PHILGUARANTEE’s services, including step-by-step procedures showing requirements, processing time, and fees.
