PHILGUARANTEE joins regional public sector leaders at CSC-DBP FO Cluster Meeting

Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) SVP Ian A. Briones presented key updates from the DBP-FO HRMP Cluster 2024–2026 during the CSC DBP-Field Office Cluster Meeting held last September 30, at the Bulwagan Hall, DBP Head Office Building.

The gathering brought together HR management practitioners from member government agencies and GOCCs to review recent milestones, align human resource practices across government institutions, and elect the cluster’s leadership for the upcoming term.

CSC Field Office Director Noel Salumbides introduced to the cluster the recently designated CSC Director for NCR, Atty. Daisy P. Bragais, while DBP Vice President for HR Atty. Fame Tolentino-Macaraeg welcomed the attendees.

In his final report as 2024-2026 President of the HRMP Cluster, SVP Briones highlighted the collaborative efforts undertaken during the last two years, supporting professional development
and personnel management standards across participating offices. “Together we have navigated challenges, celebrated milestones, and worked tirelessly to uphold the highest standards of human resource management, and above all, public service. Everything we have achieved is a direct result of everyone’s dedication, your resilience, and your shared belief in our mission,” SVP Briones underscored.

The program concluded with an awards presentation, followed by the election and formal induction of the new set of DBP-FO HRMP Cluster Officers, administered by Director Salumbides.
