PHILGUARANTEE joins the 34th SHDA-DHSUD National Developers Convention 2026

State-owned Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) joined industry experts and leaders to discuss housing policy, consumer demand, electricity solutions, and sustainable waste management during the 34th SHDA-DHSUD National Developers Convention held on September 16-17, 2026, at Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.

Anchored on the theme, “Elevate: Sustaining Progress through Collaboration and Strategic Housing Innovations”, the two-day convention brought together key stakeholders from the housing and real estate sectors to exchange insights, discuss emerging challenges, and explore collaborative strategies and innovative solutions toward a more sustainable and inclusive housing industry.

Through PHILGUARANTEE’s participation in the convention, SVP Teresito Cayo A. Butardo, Head of the Housing Guarantee Group, reaffirmed the Corporation’s commitment to supporting the country’s housing sector by strengthening partnerships with key industry stakeholders, and continuing to expand access to affordable and sustainable housing.
