PHILGUARANTEE Maintains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Status
The Recertification Audit of the Integrated Management System of Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) was conducted last June 21 to 24, 2022 by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Incorporated.
The Corporation continues to maintain an effective system to ensure compliance with its policy and objectives and the audit team confirms in accordance with the audit targets that the organization’s management system complies with, adequately maintains and implements the requirements of the standard(s).
PHILGUARANTEE successfully passed the Recertification Audit and therefore was awarded with new certificates of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. The ISO 9001 certificate was issued August 9, 2022 valid from August 2022 until July 2025. On the other hand, the ISO/IEC 27001 was issued September 5, 2022 valid from August 2022 until August 2025.

PHILGUARANTEE Maintains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Status
The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE) has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification after successfully passing the first Surveillance Audit (FSA) conducted by TUV Rheinland in December 2020. PHILGUARANTEE received its certificate on 05 January 2021, which will be valid from January 2021 to July 2022.
ISO 9001 covers the Provision of Credit Guarantee Services for Housing Loans granted by Financial Institutions and Real Estate Developers, while the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 covers Information Technology Support Services for the Provision of Credit Guarantee Services for Housing Loans granted by Financial Institutions and Real Estate Developers.
With ISO at the forefront of its quality management efforts, PHILGUARANTEE continues with its commitment to efficient and reliable service delivery, meeting customer and regulatory requirements while adhering to international standards.
